In the third quarter of 2024, the top sandbox-like games in Russia exhibited varied performances across downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Roblox showed a dynamic trend in revenue, peaking at around $205K in early September. Downloads also fluctuated, with a notable peak of approximately 209K in late July. Weekly active users experienced a gradual decline from about 11.9M at the beginning of July to 10.5M by the end of September.

One State RP: Grand city crime saw a modest increase in revenue, reaching around $6.2K in mid-September. Downloads rose significantly in August, peaking at approximately 31K in the week of August 19. Weekly active users displayed a similar upward trend, reaching over 105K in the same period.

ZEPETO: Avatar, Connect & Live had fluctuating revenue, with a high of about $4.1K at the start of July. Downloads spiked dramatically in mid-August, reaching approximately 45.6K. Active users peaked in late August with around 133K before stabilizing towards the end of the quarter.

IMVU: Fun 3D Avatar Chat Game experienced a steady increase in revenue, peaking at around $2.6K in late September. Although downloads remained relatively low, they showed a slight increase towards the end of the quarter. Weekly active users hovered around 11K throughout the period.

Terraria maintained a stable revenue flow, with minor fluctuations around $900 each week. Downloads were sporadic, with a notable spike to 6.9K at the beginning of July. Active users saw a slight decline from approximately 3.8K to 2.5K over the quarter.
